TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN I. Introduction: This document has been developed to introduce Africa Lonestar Power Corporation (ALP-CORP) to perspective customer, partners and Investors. II. Who are we? : ALP-Corp is a newly incorporated entity in Liberia [1] . We were organized to assist in the current development of Liberia’s post-war energy, power & T&D sector. The Liberia Development Corporation (LDCI) incorporated ALP-Corp to provide administrative and technical support to future partners in the energy sector development of Liberia.
